Our network
Dedicated trucks on scheduled routes, run from one of the busiest air cargo hubs in the world — with coverage that keeps extending west.
Coverage
Growing toward the coast
Our route network was built east of the Rockies and is extending west, with new coverage being added to support plasma centers further out. Trailer capacity is being added alongside them.
Because coverage is organized into dedicated routes rather than spot moves, adding a center near an existing route is straightforward and quick. Adding one far from any route takes a conversation about volume — we'd rather tell you that up front than quote a route we cannot run reliably.
Why Louisville
A major freight gateway with access to the world
Louisville is not a decision made by accident or convenience. It is the home of UPS Worldport, one of the largest air cargo hubs in the world, which means outbound cut-off times later than almost anywhere else in the country — product collected in the afternoon can still move that night. It is also where I-64, I-65, and I-71 meet, putting much of the eastern and central United States within a day's drive of the dock. And for liters bound for a European fractionator, the air leg starts at the airport rather than after a day of domestic trucking.
