Beata Puncevic
Beata is Chief Growth and Technology Officer at HemaSource, the parent of Bio Pharma Logistics, driving growth through software, expansion, and new revenue strategies. She brings 20 years in software engineering and technology leadership. She was previously CTO at Techstars, the world's largest early-stage startup investor, where she built a proprietary technology-powered investment platform, and before that led the B2B division at Healthgrades, launching products for hospital and life sciences markets. Her earlier career spans Health Care Service Corporation and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
Robert Lawler
Robert leads Bio Pharma Logistics, overseeing cold chain solutions across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management for plasma and blood therapies. He spent 29 years at CSL, most recently as Senior Director of Supply Chain at CSL Plasma, directing planning, logistics, and distribution to manufacturing sites in the US, Germany, and Australia. He previously served as Senior Director of Finance for a $1B+ global business. He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
Scott Sullivan
Scott leads enterprise transportation strategy at BPL, directing fleet operations, route optimization, and service performance across pharmaceutical distribution accounts. He came to BPL in 2023 from McKesson, where he spent nine years running transportation for a high-volume pharma distribution network. His nearly 30-year career spans intermodal fleet management, multimodal capacity planning at Gap, and DOT compliance in tightly regulated environments. He is based in Florence, Kentucky.
