Cold Chain Logistics for Life-Sustaining Therapies
Bio Pharma Logistics moves fresh frozen plasma and therapies through an unbroken cold chain, with our own custom-built refrigerated fleet and cGMP- and GDP-compliant cold storage facility in Louisville, KY.
What we do
One accountable partner from collection center to consignee
Fresh frozen plasma tolerates no gaps. BPL transports, handles, and stores it under a single contract, a single quality system, and one point of contact — ground transportation, qualified storage, international freight forwarding, and U.S. customs brokerage.
Every process, facility, employee, and vehicle in our network is qualified for the exacting requirements of the plasma industry.
- Three qualified temperature ranges in one facility
- Validated equipment with scheduled requalification
- Full chain-of-custody and audit trail
- Redundant power, failover, and monitoring
- Allocated quarantine space
- Real person on the phone, every time
Purpose-built, not repurposed
The Louisville facility was built for high-value temperature-sensitive product. A recently completed freezer expansion more than doubled our frozen plasma capacity, with further expansion planned.
